Jill’s Restaurant is a modern bistro located in the St Julien Hotel & Spa in Boulder, Colorado. The restaurant encourages sustainable, organic farming practices and highlights contemporary American & French cuisine.
The restaurant features 70 seats, a full bar and one of the most beautiful private dining rooms in the city, the Honey-Onyx Room. During the summer months, the patio located on Walnut Street offers the best outside Happy Hour experience.
