Jill’s Restaurant is a modern bistro located in the St Julien Hotel & Spa in Boulder, Colorado. The restaurant encourages sustainable, organic farming practices and highlights contemporary American & French cuisine.
An annual recipient of Wine Spectator's Award of Excellence and a Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star Restaurant, Jill's features retro-contemporary cuisine, incorporating a modern approach in presentation with classic technique. The menu features an approachable, yet delectable selection of dishes such as Steak au Poivre, Duck a l'Orange "Two Ways," and Jill's signature Tots, tater tots with truffle aioli and reggiano cheese.
Jill's Restaurant is home to a full bar, an outdoor patio and one of the most beautiful private dining rooms in the city, the Honey Onyx Room. The Restaurant can accommodate up to 70 seated guests in the main dining area, 40 in the private dining room and additional seating on the outdoor patio, terrace and bistro.
During the summer months, the patio located on Walnut Street offers the best outside Happy Hour experience.
Held every Sunday, brunch at Jill’s Restaurant is $34.95 per adult and $19.95 per child, and features a delectable buffet-style selection of breakfast and lunch fare including French toast, a prime rib carving station, king crab legs, and much more. Brunch also includes bottomless sparkling wine and mimosas and Bloody Marys made fresh to order.
The newest offering at Jill’s Restaurant, Vegan Fridays, is offered each Friday during lunchtime Tuscan Table buffet, from 11:30am to 2:00pm. Vegan Fridays feature an ever-changing array of vegan dishes made using only the freshest ingredients, and provides vegans and vegetarians with a delicious new dining option, while also introducing vegan cuisine to other diners interested in expanding thier palates. Jill's daily a la carte lunch menu is available to guests during lunchtime, as well.
Offered during lunch each Tuesday, Lights Out Tuesdays raises awareness about energy conservation, by turning off most lights in Jill’s Restaurant, and using the natural light from the large windows, instead. If everyone in America turned off one light for one hour every day, 18 million kilowatt hours would be saved – the equivalent of powering 1,600 homes for a year.
Held every Wednesday from 5:30 to 10 p.m., Wine Wednesdays feature half off a select menu of wine bottles and wines by the glass.
A modern, Italian-American lunch buffet, Tuscan Table features salads, wood-stone oven pizzas, a made-to-order pasta bar featuring 25 accompaniments, and more. Tuscan Table is offered Monday thru Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., and priced at $11.95 per person.
A unique and popular dinner experience at Jill’s Restaurant is Tableside Service. Jill’s Restaurant staff delights guests with the dramatic tableside preparation of select dishes such as Steak Diane, Caesar Salad, Shrimp Scampi and Bananas Foster. Tableside Service can be ordered nightly from the dinner menu.
