Tea Supervisor
Summary : The Tea Supervisor’s primary responsibility is to assist in overseeing the daily operation of the Saturday Afternoon Tea service. The Tea Supervisor also ensures 4 star/4 diamond standards are being met.
Essential Job Functions
- Effectively train staff so that they are able to consistently provide service that meets the Hotel’s Preferred/4 Star/4 Diamond service standards
- Model St Julien Hotel & Spa Effective Leadership Traits
- Leads pre-shift meetings by sharing relevant information with the team for service
- Performs all special duties and projects assigned by division managers.
- Helps in developing innovative ideas and promotions.
- Other duties as requested by supervisor.
2 Days per week
Must be available weekends, holidays
