Spa Receptionist
Summary : The Spa Receptionist is responsible for greeting all guests in a friendly and professional manner, making and confirming reservations, and receiving payments for all Spa and Salon treatments.
Essential Job Functions
- Report to work on time and when scheduled.
- Greet every guest and Associate with eye contact and a sincere, friendly smile; Use guest names at every opportunity.
- Accurately books spa treatments and confirms information for guests; always reminds guest of cancellation policy
- Resolve guest problems when able to; brings problems to the attention of the Spa Director if necessary.
- Handles all cash and credit transactions to ensure proper payment is received for each treatment.
- Possesses good knowledge of computer systems used to book spa appointments and make payments.
- Possesses excellent knowledge of all spa treatments and can accurately answer guest inquiries regarding treatments
- Assists Spa Concierge when necessary; leading guests into the Spa, refreshing laundry.
- Maintains cleanliness of Spa Gift Shop; folding, cleaning and restocking on a regular basis.
- Orders food and drink for Spa guests.
- Possesses knowledge of activities and events in hotel to accurately answer guest inquiries
- Balances out transactions at the end of the day and run end of the day report.
- Other duties as requested by supervisor.
