Restaurant Supervisor
Summary : The Restaurant Supervisor’s primary responsibility is to assist in overseeing the daily operation of Jill’s Restaurant. The Restaurant Supervisor also ensures 4 star/4 diamond standards are being met.
Essential Job Functions
- Effectively train staff so that they are able to consistently provide service that meets the Hotel’s Preferred/4 Star/4 Diamond service standards
- Continually searches for ways to improve procedures and training
- Model St Julien Hotel & Spa Effective Leadership Traits
- Leads pre-shift meetings by sharing relevant information with the team for service
- Helps in developing innovative ideas and promotions.
- Acts as a liason for the Restaurant GM to handle associates’ pay checks and wages.
- Builds and maintains relationships with returning customers, and develop a customer base.
- Follows St Julien’s Environmental Commitment and disposes of waste and recycling according to standards.
- Other duties as requested by supervisor.
Food and Beverage experience required.
Supervisory experience highly preferred.
