Restaurant Supervisor

Summary : The Restaurant Supervisor’s primary responsibility is to assist in overseeing the daily operation of Jill’s Restaurant. The Restaurant Supervisor also ensures 4 star/4 diamond standards are being met.

Essential Job Functions

  • Effectively train staff so that they are able to consistently provide service that meets the Hotel’s Preferred/4 Star/4 Diamond service standards
  • Continually searches for ways to improve procedures and training
  • Model St Julien Hotel & Spa Effective Leadership Traits
  • Leads pre-shift meetings by sharing relevant information with the team for service
  • Helps in developing innovative ideas and promotions.
  • Acts as a liason for the Restaurant GM to handle associates’ pay checks and wages.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with returning customers, and develop a customer base.
  • Follows St Julien’s Environmental Commitment and disposes of waste and recycling according to standards.
  • Other duties as requested by supervisor.

Food and Beverage experience required.

Supervisory experience highly preferred.
