Restaurant Server
Currently hiring for full time breakfast and lunch servers
Summary : The Server is responsible for providing 4 star/4 diamond food & beverage service to all guests in Jill’s Restaurant, T-Zero Bar, and the Terrace.
Essential Duties
- Provides 4 star/4 diamond service at all times
- Uses eye contact and smile to greet all guests
- Follows service sequences and timing
- Provides guest with all specials
- Remains knowledgable about menu items and ingredients
- Serves food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
- Busses tables promptly
- Uses guest names during the conversation
- Upsells menus
- Performs side work to ensure that items are properly stocked
- Accurately uses the Point of Sales system and handles payment correctly
- Reports to work on time and when scheduled.
- Total and deliver guest check, handling money or credit cards with honesty
- Takes pride in presenting a professional image; adheres to grooming and personal appearance policy.
Qualifications: Prior serving experience highly preferred. Must have a professional demeanor and excellent guest service skills. Must be able to carry heavy trays and stand and walk for long periods of time.
