Reservations Agent
Summary: The Reservations Agent is primary responsible for running the day to day operations in Reservations according to Preferred/4 Star/4Diamond Standards.
- Answers phone calls in a professional manner and assists guests with questions, directions, and reservations.
- Uses Visual One to run reports and to enter or read data regarding a guest, occupancy rates, reservations, etc.
- Enters wake-up call requests into PBX system.
- Handles guest problems and complaints with courtesy and expediency, keeping manager notified of all issues
- Maintains a thorough knowledge of all St Julien outlets, amenities and special events
- Promotes and sells special hotel programs, special rate packages, and upgrades when appropriate.
- Organizes and processes gift cards.
- Follows St Julien’s Environmental Commitment and disposes of waste and recycling according to standards
- Other duties as required
3-6 Months related experience highly preferred
