Overnight Manager
Summary: The Overnight Manager ensures that the hotel runs efficiently, effectively, and that guest services are provided in accordance with hotel standards. The Overnight Manager also plays a key role in providing seamless guest service by relaying information to the day management team to ensure communication and follow-up on any problems, guest requests, special requirements, etc. An emphasis of responsibilities is at the Front desk performing Night Audit duties.
- Patrols Hotel to ensure that only hotel guests and visitors are on property. All decisions should accurately reflect the image and goals of the St Julien Hotel.
- Handle guest complaints with courtesy and expediency, to the standards of St. Julien Hotel & Spa.
- Oversees the work of the overnight contract cleaning company and communicates any issues to the General Manager
- Able to perform Front Desk Night Audit Duties:
- Maintains close coordination with the Hotel department Directors to maximize the Hotel¡¦s security resources
- Investigates and assists with guest incidents (losses, injuries, complaints, etc)
- Other duties as requested by manager
-1-2 Years related Hospitality experience required
-Ability to communicate satisfactorily (written and verbal) in English with guests, co-workers, and management.
- Ability to use basic computer programs
- Familiar with emergency procedures for fire alarms, power outages, etc.
- Takes pride in providing exceptional service to guests and all Associates.
