Overnight In Room Dining Server
Summary : The Overnight In Room Dining Server/Dispatcher’s primary responsibility is to answer guest calls, correctly take & input orders into POS system, prepare food, and set up the tray/cart to the proper standards. They must also deliver all room service orders in a prompt, friendly, complete and professional manner.
Essential Job Functions
- Takes guest’s order; inputs order into computer; ensures that order is correct before hanging up
- Cooks and prepares food to 4 Star/4 Diamond standards, ensuring safe food preparation and sanitation
- Delivers food and beverage orders in a prompt and friendly manner
- Collects trays and carts from hallways. Consistently ensures that rooms and corridors are free of tables and trays
- Continually looks for things that need to be done; be proactive by preparing for future orders, polishing silverware, folding napkins, and asking for things to do.
- Other duties as requested by supervisor.
Full Time
Some cooking experience required.
Serving experience highly preferred.
