Laundry Manager

Summary : The Laundry Manager’s primary responsibility is to make sure that the laundry department's associates, new and existing, are fully trained for their positions.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Effectively trains staff so that they are able to consistently provide service that meets the Hotel’s Preferred/4 star/4 diamond service standards
  • Continually searches for ways to improve procedures, training, interviewing, and other Hotel services
  • Prepares performance appraisals and presents to Associates in a timely, respectful and professional manner
  • Supervise, schedule, train, and coordinate operational activities of all laundry associates.
  • Keep a running inventory and have pars set up
  • Reports to and works closely with Assistant and Director of Housekeeping
