Laundry Manager
Summary : The Laundry Manager’s primary responsibility is to make sure that the laundry department's associates, new and existing, are fully trained for their positions.
Essential Job Functions:
- Effectively trains staff so that they are able to consistently provide service that meets the Hotel’s Preferred/4 star/4 diamond service standards
- Continually searches for ways to improve procedures, training, interviewing, and other Hotel services
- Prepares performance appraisals and presents to Associates in a timely, respectful and professional manner
- Supervise, schedule, train, and coordinate operational activities of all laundry associates.
- Keep a running inventory and have pars set up
- Reports to and works closely with Assistant and Director of Housekeeping
