In Room Dining Supervisor

Summary: The In-Room Dining Supervisor's responsibility is to successfully oversee IRD by achieving profit margins, labor budget, and expense budget.  Supervisor will assist in hiring, training, and managing the In-Room Dining Associates and the daily operation of IRD.

  • Has excellent knowledge of In-Room Dining menu, pricing, and operational procedures
  • Effectively trains staff so that they are able to consistently provide service that meets the Hotel’s standards
  • Creates weekly schedules and handles payroll for In-Room Dining Associates
  • Assists In-Room Dining Dispatchers and Servers when business levels dictate
  • Handles guest complaints with courtesy and expediency
  • Ensures food quality is in accordance with St Julien Hotel & Spa standards
  • Other duties as requested by supervisor

Full Time

Supervisory experience required

In Room Dining experience preferred
