In Room Dining Supervisor
Summary: The In-Room Dining Supervisor's responsibility is to successfully oversee IRD by achieving profit margins, labor budget, and expense budget. Supervisor will assist in hiring, training, and managing the In-Room Dining Associates and the daily operation of IRD.
- Has excellent knowledge of In-Room Dining menu, pricing, and operational procedures
- Effectively trains staff so that they are able to consistently provide service that meets the Hotel’s standards
- Creates weekly schedules and handles payroll for In-Room Dining Associates
- Assists In-Room Dining Dispatchers and Servers when business levels dictate
- Handles guest complaints with courtesy and expediency
- Ensures food quality is in accordance with St Julien Hotel & Spa standards
- Other duties as requested by supervisor
Full Time
Supervisory experience required
In Room Dining experience preferred
