Housekeeping Steward
Summary : The Housekeeping Steward’s primary responsibility is to maintain high standards of cleanliness according to St. Julien Hotel & Spa standards in regards to the guest room glassware and general cleanliness of the guest floors.
Essential Job Functions
- Responsible for the cleaning of used glassware in the guest rooms prior to reusing
- Ensure that linens are appropriately stocked in the storage closets
- Responsible for ensuring that floor landings and hallways are clean including baseboards
- Check all exterior of hotel for trash, wall marks, etc.
- Report damage to property and report needs to immediate supervisor.
- Follows St Julien’s Environmental Commitment and disposes of waste and recycling according to standards
- Other duties as required.
