Finance Clerk

Summary:  The Finance Clerk is responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and other Accounting duties. This position reports to the Controller.

Essential Duties  

  • Processes invoices and expense reports for payment on a weekly basis
  • Creates and maintains vendor files according to established policies. Ensures that all information regarding vendor name, address, terms of payment, and 1099 status is recorded correctly
  • Processes weekly payroll to guidelines set forth
  • Adheres to St Julien's environmental commitment and Zero Waste goals

Qualifications :

  • Must have general accounting knowledge
  • Previous AP and Payroll experience required

Looking to fill one Full Time position. Hours vary based on business (may be asked to work weekends, Holiday's, etc.)
