Female Spa Concierge

Summary : The Spa Concierge is responsible for greeting and escorting guests around the Spa. The Spa Concierge also maintains the cleanliness of the Spa and Salon.

 Essential Job Functions

• Communicates with co-workers to pass along important information.
• Escorts guest from front desk to locker area, gives tour of spa facilities, escorts guest back to locker area and wishes guest a pleasant visit.
• Responsible for general cleanliness of Spa and Salon; picks up newspapers, empties trash cans, cleans windows, wipes down shelves, breaks down boxes, cleans shower area, bathrooms and lockers.
• Maintains cleanliness of pool and fitness center.
• Removes dirty linens from Spa and takes to laundry; keeps Spa stocked with clean linens.
• Takes care of guest food and drink orders and presents tea/water set-ups in morning.
• Researches lost and found items for guests.
• Follows St Julien’s Environmental Commitment and disposes of waste and recycling according to standards.
• Other duties as requested by supervisor.

Part Time position.

Guest service experience highly preferred.
