Essential Job Functions
- Ensures that the kitchen line is clean and orderly
- Ensures that orders are complete and food looks appealing before being served to a guest
- Ensures that all food is delivered to guest in a timely manner
- Maintains excellent knowledge about menu items and ingredients
- Performs all opening, running, and closing duties
- Adheres to St Julien’s environmental commitment and Zero Waste goals
- Other duties as requested by supervisor
