Engineering Coordinator

Summary : The Engineering Coordinator is responsible for the administrative functions of the Engineering department, including assigning work orders, pricing and obtaining supplies, and helping others in the department when necessary.

Essential Job Functions

  • Divides and prioritizes Work Orders to Engineering associates.
  • Checks on Work Order progress and assures the completion of Work Orders in a timely manner.
  • Researches, prices, and obtains supplies for Engineering department and personnel.
  • Ensures completion and status of short or long term preventative maintenance for rooms.
  • Locates vendors who provide the right services and maintains relationships with those vendors.
  • Has a willingness to learn maintenance terminology and skills.
  • Researches products and implements procedures to increase efficiency
  • Collects proposals and schedules contract labor.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and works at a quick, steady pace to accomplish task in an efficient and timely manner
  • Follows St Julien’s Environmental Commitment and disposes of waste and recycling according to standards.
  • Other duties as requested by supervisor.

Full Time Position. Administrative Experience required.
