Concierge
Summary : The primary responsibility of the concierge is to provide assistance to guests by any means, which includes, but is not limited to, making reservations for guests, routing cars, and giving information about the surrounding Denver/Boulder area, etc.
Essential Job Functions
- Make transportation reservations for guests; including, but not limited to, taxis, car rentals, town cars, tour busses, etc.
- Make entertainment reservations for guests; including, but not limited to, restaurants, local hikes and activities, concerts, golf, etc.
- Give directions to guests.
- Give information to guests regarding the Hotel, the city of Boulder and surrounding areas.
- Contact appropriate party when appointments arrive to meet with staff member
- Maintain cleanliness of concierge desk and lobby area
- Perform special guest requests, i.e researching an inquiry, running an errand.
- Supports St Julien’s Environmental Commitment and sorts waste properly
- Other duties as assigned
