Cocktail Server
Summary : The Cocktail Server is responsible for providing 4 Star/4 Diamond food & beverage service to all guests in T-Zero and on the Terrace.
Essential Job Functions
- Remains knowledgeable about menu items and ingredients
- Serves food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
- Busses tables promptly
- Performs side work to ensure that items are properly stocked
- Inspect and ensure that service station and guest tables are set to trained specifications
- Request identification when legal age is in question.
- Perform all opening, running, and closing routines.
- Attend the liquor law class within 6 months of hire.
- Other duties as requested by supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Previous food and beverage experience required
- Bartending experience highly preferred
- Must have Full Time availability
