Assistant Spa Manager
Summary : The Assistant Spa Manager’s main function is to assist in managing the overall operation of the spa, salon, and gift shop.
Essential Job Functions
- Monitors budget. Uses purchase orders, effectively utilizes checkbook and processes invoices timely
- Continually searches for ways to improve procedures, training, interviewing, and other Hotel services
- Has excellent knowledge of all positions in Spa; can perform each job if needed
- Assists in coordinating group functions in the Spa
- Handle guest complaints with courtesy and expediency
- Responsible for keeping morale high; continually projects positive, upbeat attitude to staff
- Assist Spa Director with projects and duties
- Assists in ordering supplies for spa, salon, and gift shop
- Maintain professional approach to decision making
- Control and constantly monitor labor, supplies, and service costs and quality
- Leads St Julien’s Environmental Commitment and disposes of waste and recycling according to standards
- Other duties as requested by supervisor
Candidate must be available to work nights, weekends and Holidays
1-2 Years related experience highly preferred
