Assistant Spa Manager
Summary : The Assistant Spa Manager’s main function is to assist in managing the overall operation of the spa, salon, and gift shop.
Essential Job Functions:
- Effectively trains staff so that they are able to consistently provide service that meets the Hotel’s Preferred/4 star/4 diamond service standards
- Monitors budget. Uses purchase orders, effectively utilizes checkbook and processes invoices timely
- Has excellent knowledge of all positions in Spa; can perform each job if needed.
- Assists in coordinating group functions in the Spa
- Lead spa pre-shift meetings
- Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure delivery of services to all guests
- Responsible for keeping morale high; continually projects positive, upbeat attitude to staff
- Assist Spa Director with projects and duties
- Handle guest complaints with courtesy and expediency
- Ensure safety training is up to date and continuous.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
1-2 Years Management experience required
Experience managing in spa's highly preferred
Must have Night, Weekend and Holiday availability
