Assistant Outlet Manager
Summary : The Assistant Outlet Manager will assist in the successful management and operations of In Room Dining and Jill's Terrace with regards to supervision of associates, maintaining exceptional guest service and training associates to consistently perform at 4-Diamond/4-Star levels.
Essential Job Functions
- Effectively train staff so that they are able to consistently provide service that meets the Hotel’s Preferred/4 Star/4 Diamond service standards
- Has excellent knowledge of In Room Dining and Terrace menus, pricing and operational procedures
- Has extensive knowldge of food service and can assist servers/dispatchers when business levels dictate
- Controls and consistently monitors labor, supplies, misc costs and service quality
- Handles guest complaints with courtesy and expediency
- Creates weekly schedules and handles payroll for In Room Dining and Terrace associates
- Orders department supplies as needed
- Other duties as required by managers
2 years of Food and Beverage managerment experience required.
Must have open availability including weekends and holidays.
