Accounting Clerk
Summary: The Accounting Clerk is responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and other Accounting duties. This position reports to the Controller.
Essential Duties
- Processes invoices and expense reports for payment on a weekly basis
- Creates and maintains vendor files according to established policies. Ensures that all information regarding vendor name, address, terms of payment, and 1099 status is recorded correctly
- Processes weekly payroll to guidelines set forth
- Adheres to St Julien's environmental commitment and Zero Waste goals
Qualifications:
- Must have general accounting knowledge
- Previous AP and Payroll experience required
Looking to fill one Full Time position and one Part Time position. Hours vary based on business (may be asked to work weekends, Holiday's, etc.)
